  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address. The rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Flat rate (Spain only): Estimated delivery within 2-10 days.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Europe: Estimated delivery within 1-4 weeks.
    • Rest of the world: 4-6 weeks. Regions like USA/Canada and Australia can take longer.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery around 1 week.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Only Europe orders are tracked with standard shipping. You can track your order using the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Destinations:

  • I currently ship to all the world. If your country is not listed during the checkout process, please contact me at info@elgaratge.com for further assistance.

6. Customs and Import Duties:

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. I recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
